5 uH LISN

The 5 uH LISN component impedance varies as a function of frequency.  At high frequencies the 5 uH LISN input impedance is equal to the termination resistance, 50 ohms normally.  At low frequencies the input impedance is a function of the other element values.  The input impedance of the 5 uH LISN using the default element values is shown below.

The 5 uH LISN is a Series component.

To calculate and graph the input impedance of the 5 uH LISN over the frequency range selected on the Frequency Range form, click the Graph button on the Component Library form toolbar or select menu Tools | Graph.

To change a 5 uH LISN element value, select the present value, enter the desired value, and click the OK button.  When the OK button is clicked the 5 uH LISN is placed on the schematic diagram.  If the Close button is clicked the Component Library form closes with no changes to the schematic diagram.
