Enter the number of "holes" per linear meter along the axis
of the shield. Each band spirals along the length of the cylindrical
shield, half clockwise, half counter-clockwise. Where each clockwise band
crosses a counter-clockwise band an aperture is created. The dimensions of
the apertures, and the spacing between apertures, are determined by the band
spacing and the weave angle. More:
