Delete Row in the Bandwidth Table

The currently selected row may be deleted by selecting menu Tools | Delete Row.  A row is selected by clicking any cell on that row.  Alternatively, a the currently selected row may be deleted by right-clicking a cell in the currently selected row, then selecting Delete Row from the pop-up menu.
