End Fire illumination occurs when the field is traveling parallel to the ground plane and parallel to the conductors.  End Fire illumination corresponds to

Rotation about X-axis = 0 degrees.
Rotation about Y-axis = 90 degrees.
Rotation about Z-axis = 0 degrees.
