Conducted emissions are radio frequency current drawn by an electrical device or circuit through conductors to which it is connected.  Alternatively, radio frequency voltage that develops across conductors connected to an electrical device or circuit as a result of radio frequency current drawn by the device or circuit flowing through a finite impedance source or load

The common abbreviation for conducted emissions is CE.
