Limit Overlay

Select the Limit Overlay check box to superimpose the limit defined in the Limit form over the emissions graph.

Note:  The limit overlay is only meaningful if the y-axis units for the limit are the same as the y-axis units for the emissions graph.  However, if the Limit Overlay check box is checked the limit will be superimposed over the graph, regardless of units.  Traditionally, units for conducted emissions current are dBuA (decibels relative to 1 microampere), while units for the conducted emissions voltage are dBuV (decibels relative to 1 microvolt).  Units for radiated emissions are usually dBuV/m (decibels relative to 1 volt per meter).
