Logarithmic

Select the Logarithmic option button to increment frequencies logarithmically.  Starting with the Start frequency, each subsequent frequency will be incremented by an amount determined by the value in the Resolution text box such that frequencies are equally spaced on a logarithmic scale, except at the first several harmonics of the Source frequency.  See How EMI Analyst Assigns Frequencies for more information.
