Permittivity

Permittivity is used in EMI Analyst to calculate conductor capacitance and other electrical characteristics.

To change the permittivity, select the material name from the drop-down list box.  The corresponding relative permittivity will be displayed in the adjacent text box.

Absolute permittivity is equal to relative permittivity times the permittivity of free space.
