Piecewise Linear Waveform
The Piece-wise Linear waveform is generated by connecting
points, time/amplitude pairs, to approximate a time domain waveform. The
Piece-wise Linear waveform may be created in one of two ways:
Manually enter time/amplitude pairs in the data table cells
on the form.
Import time/amplitude pairs from file.
Time/amplitude pairs form a two-column array. The
first column contains time values, which must appear in ascending order.
The second column contains amplitude values.
At least three time/amplitude pairs are required to define
a Piece-wise Linear waveform. There is no preset limit to the number of
time/amplitude pairs.
